Capri Game Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to Capri Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and Capri Game ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your access to and use of the services available at caprigame.bet. Capri Game provides an online gaming and sports betting service to registered players in Pakistan.

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any bet on Capri Game, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. 2. Eligibility

You may only register and use Capri Game if you meet all of the following requirements:

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Capri Game. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If Capri Game identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately before using either account.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a current email address. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Capri Game account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication method — secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. Capri Game will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Capri Game support immediately via the contact details in Section 14. Capri Game accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Account Currency

All Capri Game accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion step or foreign exchange exposure on this platform.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting Capri Game support. Pending bets at the time of a closure request will be settled in accordance with normal rules before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal via your preferred payment method after identity verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on Capri Game is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players; VIP Club members at Platinum and Diamond tiers may have enhanced deposit limits as communicated by their account manager.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals (IBFT) may take up to one business day depending on your bank. Capri Game does not charge a fee for withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside Capri Game's control.

Capri Game reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part. You agree to cooperate promptly with any such verification requests.

4.4 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where operationally possible.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds in your balance are always available for withdrawal.
• Capri Game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Capri Game — including PSL cricket betting, live casino wagers and slot spins — are subject to these Terms. A bet is accepted and binding once it is confirmed on screen and recorded in your account transaction history. Any bet that is not confirmed in this way has not been accepted, regardless of any display error that may have occurred.

5.2 PSL & Sports Betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the official start of the event. Live in-play bets are accepted while the market is open. Capri Game reserves the right to suspend any market at any time — during fast-moving moments such as wickets falling or a Super Over — and any bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.

If a PSL or other cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined, pre-match match winner bets are voided and stakes refunded. 5.3 Bet Cancellation

Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player. If Capri Game identifies an obvious pricing error — where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — we reserve the right to void the bet and return the stake. We will not exercise this right selectively or unfairly.

5.4 Maximum Win Limits

Capri Game may apply maximum payout limits on specific markets or events. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant market before the bet is placed. Any winnings that exceed a displayed maximum win cap will be paid at the cap amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Capri Game offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and VIP Club cashback. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. Capri Game reserves the right to exclude a player from a promotion if there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage or any other approach designed to exploit the promotion commercially rather than play it recreationally.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 35x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game types does not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being forfeited.

6.1 VIP Club Cashback

VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses over the applicable period (typically weekly) and credited as real money — not as bonus funds — unless a specific cashback promotion states otherwise. VIP cashback real-money credits carry no wagering requirement unless the terms of the specific promotion explicitly state one.

All virtual casino games available on Capri Game — including slots, virtual table games and crash games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. This means every outcome is genuinely random, independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by Capri Game.

Live casino games feature real human dealers operating physical equipment. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the dealer's actions — the dealing of cards, the spin of the roulette wheel — and not by any software algorithm.

13. Changes to Terms

The updated Terms will specify their effective date. Continued use of Capri Game after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4. We will not penalise you for choosing to close your account following a change to the Terms.
